Tòa nhà mới xây, rất sạch sẽ và có hệ thống quản lý chuyên nghiệp. Không chỉ có thiết kế hiện đại và được bảo trì tốt, nơi đây còn có hành lang rộng rãi, khu vực đỗ xe lớn và quy trình quản lý rất bài bản. Khu vực xung quanh ít xe cộ nên khá yên tĩnh, thoáng mát và dễ chịu. Nhìn chung, đây là một nơi tuyệt vời với cơ sở vật chất và môi trường sống chất lượng. 10/10. ❤️

They've moved the office to 69 Mạc Thái Tổ, Yên Hòa, Hanoi. The new building has no clear signage or directions. Inside, there were only female police officers who all seemed extremely busy. They were constantly on the phone, giving the impression that they were occupied with important work, while citizens and foreigners had no idea where to go. There was no queue system, no ticket machine, and no clear instructions about which counter or door to use. The officer at Counter No. 3 didn't smile once. Instead of welcoming or assisting visitors, she came across as very stern and unapproachable. What's even more frustrating is that the official website doesn't mention that the office has changed its address. I traveled all the way from Bát Tràng to 46 Trần Phú, only to be told that the office had moved to Mạc Thái Tổ. After taking another taxi there, I was then told to go back to the Hanoi Immigration Office on Phạm Ngọc Thạch. I honestly don't understand how a major government agency can't resolve this or even look up a case. Isn't all the immigration data stored in the same system? How is it possible that they can't access an application? I was there to process a visa conversion for a foreign national. We submitted the application online over a month ago and still haven't received any result, which is why I had to visit the office in person. If I, as a Vietnamese citizen, feel this frustrated, I can only imagine how foreigners must feel. It leaves a terrible impression of the country's public administration and overall image. The whole experience was extremely disappointing. Họ chuyển địa điểm sang 69 Mạc Thái Tổ yên hòa Hà Nội. Tòa nhà mới ko có chỉ dẫn cụ thể, vào bên trong toàn các nữ công an thể hiện đang rất bận rộn với công việc, họ nghe điện thoại xác nhận điều gì đó như kiểu ta đang làm việc bận lắm, còn dân đến và người nước ngoài chẳng có 1 thứ tự ko biết đi cửa nào, ko có giấy xếp hàng hay qua cửa nào để làm. Cô ở cửa số 3 gặp ko một 1 nụ cười, tiếp đón khách và người dân mà sao nghiêm nghị quá. trên website cũng ko thấy nói thay đổi địa chỉ. Mình đi từ bên bát tràng qua 46 trần phú xong thấy người ta bảo chuyển trụ sở qua mạc thái tổ laik bắt chuyến taxi qua, qua đây lại bảo quay về bên phòng xuất nhập cảnh hà nội bên phạm ngọc thạch. Đm lên cơ quan lớn mà họ ko giải quyết được luôn hay tra cứu hồ sơ được hay sao. Dữ liệu của cục mà ko tra xuất được hồ sơ ư? Mình đi làm chuyển đổi visa cho người nước ngoài, mà đã nộp online cả tháng trời ko thấy kết quả mới phải ra tận trụ sở để hỏi. Mình đã vậy ko biết người nước ngoài người ta bực kiểu gì, đánh giá bộ mặt của đất nước ra sao nữa. Quá tệ.

Some notes when applying for an evisa that can be useful 1. Ensure that you indicate "FULL TIME" for the entire duration of your trip to Vietnam (from the date of entry to the date of exit). The maximum duration is 90 days, NOT ONLY the expected time of entry. 2. Providing full, detailed and accurate personal information on the declaration will help the review process run smoothly. If you are concerned, consider including the phone number and contact information of the individual or company you will be communicating with during your stay in Vietnam. This will enhance the appreciation of your offer. 3. The approval time for an e-visa is three working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Therefore, it is crucial to verify whether Vietnam’s holidays coincide with your e-visa application schedule to ensure timely processing. *For example, if you apply on Thursday, if there is no request to edit or add information, you will receive the result after 5pm on Tuesday (Thu-Fri is 1; Fri-Mon is 2; Mon-Tue is 3) *For sure, should not book flight tickets and hotels untill you receive your visa. 4. E-visa cannot adjust any content after being approved, so please carefully check the information before sending (Name, Date of birth, Passport number and Passport expiration date, Nationality, Time you are allowed to stay in Vietnam (From ... /... /... To ... /... /...) 5. Please be aware that an Evisa cannot be extended unless the applicant is sponsored by: -a sponsor: Parents, spouses and children (over 18 years old) are Vietnamese citizens permanently residing in the country. -sponsoring organization: Having a labour permit/ Confirmation of labour permit exemption/ Investment certificate of enterprises in Vietnam. 6. Some special cases, such as accidents, lost or damaged passports, medical, humanitarian issues, or other force majeure circumstances, may be considered for extension of temporary residence. (Having a letter of recommendation from your embassy will make this process significantly more favourable) 7. Note that only 1 evisa is used each time you enter the country, even if you have 2 evisa, they will not be able to be connected, you still have to go out and then come back with the second visa.
